Ubuntu announced the new Ubuntu for phones with, Ubuntu Edge! The Ubuntu Edge won best of CES 2013. For a mobile OS the Ubuntu Edge can run Ubuntu and dual boots to Android! Dual-boot means it can have two operating systems on it, in this case. Android and its desktop is Ubuntu The Ubuntu Edge well contain 4 GB's of RAM so it well be super fast and have the most RAM, out of any other smartphone. Along with its 4 GB's of RAM it will have 128 GB's of internal storage! Imagine how many apps, music, and games you can have installed on the device! The phones screen well be 4.5 inches measured diagonally. Ubuntu has decided to partner up with Sapphire Glass to create, the ultimate scratch proof smart phone screen. So it well not matter if you have keys and pens or pencils in the same pocket as your cell phone. The Ubuntu Edge will be connected to LTE with dual LTE antennas on both sides of the device. For those of you craving good sound quality and the storage to hold that music, the Ubuntu Edge will have stereo instead of mono, unlike other mobile devices. The Ubuntu Edge will have a silicone-anode Li-ion battery for really long battery life! :D
